Workspace Wednesdays!

I almost forgot today! So here's my workspace this week...

I finished this card yesterday.  It was on my workspace a week or two ago :) It's a very sad paintover of a memorable moment for my Memorable Moments Swap.   This was the last picture I have with my childhood dog- saying goodbye before we had him put down.

And here's my desk!  It's covered in watercolors and research for my Owl swap (also at atcs for all if you want to join us).

Just thought you might enjoy wider angle view. See the small space heater?  We keep the apartment in the low 60s to high 50s during the winter so I have to have a space heater to make the guest/craft/office room bearable.   Ah...and notice the heron chime set on my knitting stash.  I have to find a home for him.  Do you think he'd look ok hanging from the ceiling over hang thingy in the corner?

And of course, my craft room isn't complete without the dogs :) Both of which are thankfully in good health.  Gary (68 pounds) and Ruby (30 pounds) look they are about the same size...but they are not.  Haha, the greyhound tries to look as small as possible.

If you'd like to play along with sharing your workspace...head on over to http://stamping-ground.blogspot.com/  and join us.

Peace and Love, y'all

Say a prayer for me on Jan 13 - I have my first job interview.

MMM, at least with a big old jar of water like that you wont be picking it up to drink from it by mistake! Yes..hang the heron from the overhang thingy, it will look great. Oh, I don't mean hang the heron...youknow what I mean, huh! Your lovely dogs also show me a lovely red chest..really nice piece of furniture!

you could fit two more tables in there, and our BIG ( very Big - think wolfhound sized Labrador) - always steals our small ( half his size) dog's bed, he hangs over the sides but refuses to accept he is huge, they both sleep and snore and sneeze and make rather interesting smells whilst I create - and I Could Not Be Without Them,

also I wear a fleece because I am in the coldest part of the house,
so long as our hands are warm enough eh?

Good luck with your interview. You do have a lovely lot of space in which to create your masterpieces, although I would definitely need a little more heat. Happy New Year. Maggie #72

Aww Katie, what a poignant piece of work,. It must have brought all sorts of memories back working on that but it was well worth the effort because it’s great.

Glad to see your dogs keep you company when you’re crafting. BoJangles (my puddy cat) is usually somewhere close by when I’m in here too. If not on the window sill beside me he’s trying to find a clear spot on my desk to occupy, which are very few and far between I might add.
Thanks for stopping by my blog this week.

Happy New Year to you and ……….
Happy Crafting!

Thanks for the peek at your crafty space. I'm amazed you have room for two dogs when one is agreyhound, I know how huge they are, my Sister has one and she takes up the whole house, the dog, not my Sister!!

I just saw the remodel of your space and it looks great. Love the two doggies keeping you company, sorry about your childhood friend though, hard to say good bye. Good luck for the 13th, isn't that a Friday, lol! I can't crochet to save my life, so anything to do with knitting is easier for me!
