WOYWW 179

Play along at http://stamping-ground.blogspot.com/.   Julia, thank you so much for hosting!  I enjoy this little blog hop so much :)

Here's my desk this week.  It's got a finished painting (sorta finished).  I don't like the way the grass turned out...so I might do it again!  On my computer is source pictures for ATCs I want to do today :) I'm hosting 3 swaps now that I have to make cards for: WC Animals, WC Scenes of Winter, and the Painted Haiku.

Thanks for looking!

I love your painting and had a good nosey around your blog - your Greyhound and little dog are so cute - yes you are right I have a greyhound of little brain called Stanley - his my third one - my blog was named after my greyhound/lurcher Stiggy who went to see God last year. I love greyhound and think they make wonderful pets and fit it well with all our other furries - Have a great week and thank you for visiting me x

your picture looks great. I couldn't acheive a likeness for the background let alone make grass look like grass!! Love your greyhounds costume. Very appropriate!
Thanks for visiting me

I love the background of your painting. You're right that something about the grass is a bit off. I think there is too much space between the blades of grass and the fluff top, so maybe another blade/leaf of grass. But I'm not expert and I certainly can't paint worth a darn. This is a zillion times better than anything I would do. Have fun with the ATCs.
