I've dug myself a nice ole hole. Now it's up to me to claw my way out. me a culpa... me a cupla. Definitely feeling stressed this week....dream career interview due, mission/vision statement and strategic plan due, sign up for ambassador interview, ORGANIC TEST, chapter 9 and 10 B&G due, Coggins test reader certification training, B&G test, Horse Festival, Lab write up....
But i did it to myself so now i have to face the result of my poor decisions.
Y'all, I'm too busy with crafts, painting, reading, or playing with my kids to keep an eye on dinner! Whoops!

Oh, I remember
Pre-vet symposium was refreshing. I remember why I'm taking organic and other classes I don't particularly care for. For a while, I've been wondering if 6 more years of school, $100,000 in student loans, and sacrificing a bit of the social aspect of life is really worth it. Do I have the passion and dedication required to even get there? What else am I equipped to do? Maybe this isn't where God wants me. But pre-vet symposium really confirmed my mission in life.

Someday I hope to take that oath. I don't know if I'll work in a general practice or in a lab somewhere, but I want to help animals and people through my work. I just want to help. I want to know what veterinarians know. I want to be the person who gives a little boy's first puppy his first set of vaccinations and smiles as the boy lovingly takes that puppy home. I want to be the person who puts her arm around the old man who says goodbye to his beloved friend for the last time. That's what I want almost more than anything. It hurts. So that's why I'm here, and I'll do what it takes to follow that dream. Even if it means never dating a single person until I'm 30 or studying when I want to be with friends.

Up, uP and away!
Well i'm off to michigan in 4 hours... a lot of sleep I'm getting...
Today was one of those days. I got a headache, had a ton of meetings, missed lunch, got a $50 parking violation (again...), discovered I bought the wrong type of feminine products, and forgot my pin number to the atm machine. Lol... but it's not so bad. I still had a good day despite the bad parts. I'm going to michigan with pre-vet club! That makes me happy.
Love your neighbor as yourself. Would you tear down your neighbor? call her stupid? ugly? Probably not. So don't treat yourself that way. Love yourself! You are wonderful!

Selfish, Selfish me...
Ok... I should have been studying... and should be studying. Grr. I want a reason to dress up and go out and have fun with people. *sigh* Oh well. I guess i wasn't totally unpreductive... i finished my organic lab report, ambassador application, and a lot of errands. hmm I feel bad for torturing an old friend though. Well... i guess it wasn't technically torture. *ponders*
I found bible verses for my girls. That's exciting.

It's going to storm. I love storms. I can't wait for it just to roar outside while I feel so nice and cozy inside. Hmm... There are a lot of things i've never done... Somethings will never be done; others will have they're proper time and place. God's good timing.
